The colour scheme was based on the brief that Axel was given by Gruna, the seat cowling was hand made, although Gruna, took an instant liking to the tank which had been lying around in Axel's workshop for a while.. so this was the central focus for the styling of the bike.
In the usual Cafe Racer style fashion, the wiring loom has been replaced with a minimal hand made one which is hidden from view, all the unwanted frame lugs, battery box and air box have been removed... Which adds to that much desired sleek look of a true cafe racer.
On this cycle you can see so many high precision, hand crafted components, that are the trademark of a motorcycle built by Axel Budde at KaffeeMaschine,. The styling is sleek, yet devilishly modern, with that hint of Hot rod in there for good measure.. This most desirable Cafe Racer build is one of the reasons why KaffeeMaschine are one of the forerunners in Cafe Racer building in Europe.
